Chief Executive Officer
Roger has been with the company since 1984, and since that time has been involved in many aspects of care delivery, program development, and supervision of operations. Mr. Covill is a 1992 graduate from Oakland University. From 2000 until 2016, he worked as the Program Director for NORS and beginning in February 2016, Roger became the Chief Executive Officer of North-Oakland Residential Services, Inc. and now oversees all operations.
Sonda has worked in the office of NORS since 1999. Just recently, her duties have been expanded to include all aspects of the financial side of the business; insurance, payroll, and many other duties. She is also the go to person for any I.T. or computer related problems. She studied accounting and computers at Davenport Business College.
Chris has been with the company twice since 1989, and during her 33 years worked in many aspects of care delivery, program implementation, and supervision of operations at Pelton Home. During this time she also worked in Day Program Services. In July of 2008 she accepted the Area Manager responsibilities and now oversees services at several NORS homes.
Adrienne joined the company in 2008, after working as a Program Supervisor in Residential Services for 13 years in various Oakland County locations. She attended Baker College and majored in Human Resource Management. In July of 2008 she accepted the Area Manager responsibilities and oversees services at several NORS homes. Adrienne also serves as the Training Director, responsible for keeping schedules, conducting required training and leading job interviews.

Our Direct Support Supervisors are the trusted members of our team who recruit and select the Direct Support Staff offering in-home care in each of our 13 individual homes.
The Direct Support Staff is responsible for the personal care, protection and supervision of our individuals. Other responsibilities include the completion of tasks in the areas of: health maintenance, transportation, nutrition, housekeeping, recreation, adaptive skill building, and documentation.
