  • Following treatment plans provided by medical service providers

SAFE ENVIRONMENT

Assuring that individuals are supervised to the level required in their person-centered plans and that all environmental safety hazards are removed for the home or locked in a secure area.

SKILL-BUILDING ASSISTANCE

Activities identified in the individual’s person-centered plan and designed by a professional within his/her scope of practice that assist an individual to increase economic self-sufficiency and/or to engage in meaningful activities such as school, work, and/or volunteering.
